William Lee Kincaid, Jr.
About Me:
William Kincaid graduated from Frostburg State College. After which he began his career which led him to work as a Group Vice President & Controller for Chevy Chase Bank for 22 years. Later he managed the Business Solutions Center Director at Capital One Bank (Formerly Chevy Chase Bank) for 3 years. These long-term efforts led to William joining the Damascus Community Bank as an Executive Vice President and CFO and Retail Banking Executive. While in this role, William reinforced the bank’s financial integrity through the introduction of a series of internal controls, coupled with a comprehensive reconciliation process that improved accuracy.
William played a key role and was responsible for the success of multiple aspects of financial matters for the company and community it served. In 2014 William was tapped to become the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Director of the Damascus Community Bank. William held this role for 4 years, achieving success at this locally owned full-service community bank. In his tenure as the CEO William led the vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of the company.
