The combined development experience of Manna’s leadership and senior staff represents over 50 years of experience in developing both new and renovated communities. Manna is unique in its hands-on experience in all disciplines: from concept to execution, financing, and project development, to construction, marketing, sales and lease-up.

Manna utilizes an array of financing vehicles including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (both 9% and 4%), tax-exempt bond financing, Historic Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, various CDFI funders such as LISC and Enterprise Community Partners, NeighborWorks Capital, corporate foundations, as well as conventional lenders.

As a HUD-approved CHDO agency [Community Housing Development Organization] and a NeighborWorks America Affiliate, Manna is experienced in consultative processes with local communities in the planning process, as well as in seeking input from residents in which housing projects are intended to serve.
