The Development Manager’s role is primary responsibility is to provide leadership and support in executing existing projects, as well as pursuing new development opportunities in accordance with Manna’s strategic housing priorities. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in securing various financing sources including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs), Construction and Permanent loans, and soft gap financing sources.

Manna seeks a certified counselor to join its housing counseling team. The successful applicant will be a HUD certified Housing Counselor or have the ability to obtain certification through HUD within 60 days of employment. The Housing Counselor provides education and coaching services in a classroom and one on one setting to discuss topics related to services described above, while managing a continuous client pipeline. Documentation and case management procedures are required as well as best practices in the field of housing counseling.
