The Pohlman Town homes at 8 & T are 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, measuring 1,300 to 1,500 square feet. Every unit at this site is brand new construction, equipped with all new everything including individual HVAC systems. The project provided four affordable condo (townhome) units and two market rate units. Four units were set to be sold to those whose income did not exceed 80% of the Average Median Income (AMI) as defined by HUD. Low and moderate-income households are defined as those whose income is below 80% AMI.
