Inclusionary Zoning Virtual Orientation - 10am to 12pm - March 24, 2022

The Inclusionary Zoning program helps ensure that most new and some renovated housing developments include a certain amount of affordable units. This District of Columbia program affords households with eligible income requirements to rent or purchase housing at below market prices. Households interested in purchasing or leasing an Inclusionary Zoning (IZ) home must (1) take the required IZ Orientation Class and (2) register for the Inclusionary Zoning lottery on the DC DHCD website.

In order to receive a certificate of completion for this class, participants must be present for the entire 2 hours of the class. Participants can sign into the Zoom session up to 15 minutes early. The certificate of completion will be sent via email within 14 days of the class completion.
