Manna’s Rent Reporting Initiative
Enhancing credit access, creating opportunities, and improving financial futures for Manna residents throughout our multifamily portfolio.
Start Building Credit with Your Rent Payments!
Manna has long been committed to providing residents with more than housing — we strive to offer meaningful financial capacity-building support and empowerment resources. As part of this commitment, Manna has partnered with Esusu, a third-party rental reporting service.
Through this program, your on-time rent payments, often the largest payment you make each month, can be reported to major credit bureaus, helping you to build a positive credit history.
Our Rent Reporting Initiative turns everyday rent payments into meaningful financial opportunities.
